Whitemore Ngwira, the chairperson of the Southern Africa Freelancers’ Association (Safrea), and Alexis Grewan, the chairperson of the Professional Editors’ Guild (PEG), are talking about professional organisations.
As two collaborators, we engage easily about our experiences and what we understand about member involvement and participation. We’ve started our first conversation with an honest look at what brought each of us into our respective chairs – seemingly a little unanticipated but evidently well-timed.
