Outreach Multimedia Ministries, OMMs is a Christ-centered parachurch ministry that specialises in helping churches, christian organisations, pastors, staff and volunteers with the skills and resources they need to effectively communicate the gospel message through various forms of media.
The organisation was founded in August 2018 by a multimedia professional, Whitemore Ngwira who recognised the need for churches to effectively communicate their message through various forms of media. The Ministry offers a variety of services including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to assist churches in developing their media skills.
The OMMs team is made up of experienced media professionals who have a passion for helping churches communicate their message in a clear and compelling way. They understand the unique challenges that churches face when it comes to media and are dedicated to helping them overcome them. Services offered by the Ministry include training in video production & post-production, graphic and web design, motion graphics, digital marketing, film /TV
Productions, podcasting / vodcasting, live streaming and multimedia technical support.

OMMs provides free training and resources to churches and Christian organisations and OMMs understands that many churches and Christian organisations operate on a limited budget. About The Founder
Pastor Whitemore Ngwira shortened to Pst N.White is an ordained pastor at Rehoboth Lighthouse Full Gospel Church,Inc, which is led by Bishop Dr. O.Goronga and internationally by Bishop FW Hobbs.
He graduated with a Diploma in Christian Ministries in 2006 from BTCP, which is the Bible Training Centre for Pastors in Mutare Zimbabwe. He then studied media in general at UMAA Group of Institutions in Marondera Zimbabwe. At the University of South Africa ( UNISA ), he is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Multimedia Production.
Pastor White has over 15 years of experience working in the multImedia / film and TV industry, specifically in the field of multimedia production. He has worked with several high-end media houses, production companies, advertising agencies and television stations, where he has gained a wealth of experience in the production of video, audio and graphic design projects. He has an impressive portfolio of work, including film & TV productions, music videos, commercials, and promotional videos for major brands.
He has been in ministry for over 15 years, combining his passion for media and his call to serve the body of Christ. He has served in a variety of capacities in different
denominations and parachurch organisation, including youth pastor, pastor, associate pastor and missionary. He has a deep understanding of the importance of media in the modern world, and has used his media expertise to reach and connect with people from all backgrounds and walks of life.
Leadership Style: White is a collaborative leader who values the input and ideas of the people he serves. He encourages open communication and believes that everyone has something valuable to contribute. He is also a visionary leader who is constantly exploring new ways to use media to reach more people with the message of the gospel.
Ministry Focus: White’s main focus is to use his media skills to create a sense of community and connection among the body of Christ. He believes that the church should be a place where people from all backgrounds and walks of life feel welcomed and valued. He also believes that media can be a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship and is committed to using it to share the love of God with as many people as possible.
